I love to use sign language and would love to teach your kids! I believe it is important to get outside everyday & I encourage minimal or no screen time & favor board games, crafts, imaginary play and books!. Studying these subjects opened the door for many teaching opportunities for me, but I much rather enjoy working (and playing!) with children in a more relaxed environment than inside a classroom. Besides having a degree in History, I have also studied American Sign Language and Elementary Education which has allowed me to have experience with things such as child development, differing learning abilities, class/ child management and working one-on-one with children. I also have experience teaching and tutoring students from age 5 to 15. Ganslen, a 71-year resident of Farmingdale and former substitute teacher in Howell, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2017, according to her obituary from Clayton. I am here to work with you and your schedule! I bring many positive things to the table because of my extensive background in child care. I have over 10 years of experience caring for multiple families with varying sizes, schedules, and needs.
